Bilsdale Properties, the site developer, has pointed out that the building is already evoking a lot of interest from prospective renters, who are impressed by the fact that a firm like WT Partnership has shown interest in the property. It is noteworthy that the restructuring of the building had been hindered by the recession. However, the building and office interiors is now complete and all set for receiving new tenants, and it has been christened “the epitome of 21st century design”.
The building is now offering over 30,000 square feet of premium office space with a number of modern facilities apart from a reception counter in the lobby. There are nine storeys in addition to a terrace area on the top floor. The strategic location of the building makes it more accessible and provides all other commercial facilities needed by the companies.
The current rents vary from £18.50 to £22.50 per sq ft. It also offers tenants the services of Cafe Nero and parking facilities in the basement.
